Promote proper foot healthcare through assessment, treatment and management of chronic and acute conditions.  Referrals are required from your healthcare provider for non-diabetic patients.

Prevention and nutritional support for chronic issues like weight management and diabetes.  Services offered in French and English.  Self-referral accepted.  Seeing both rostered and non-rostered patients.

Driver's Medicals, Insurance, Disability and WSIB forms can be completed (fee may apply and all pertinent medical records must be brought to the appointment). For more information for procedure policy for your specific form, please contact reception.

  If your healthcare provider is not available, you can call 811 for access to safe, high-quality healthcare and avoid unnecessary visits to the emergency room for non-urgent health-related questions and concerns. 

Virtual care appointments (referral required)

Medication reviews, chronic disease and diabetes management, opioid tapering, chronic pain management and minor ailment treatments.

 Respiratory disease consults, education and self-management, Pulmonary Function Testing (Spirometry only), respiratory medication review.

  Women's health, sexual health, LGBTQ+ wellbeing, chronic disease management, prescription renewal clinics for non-rostered patients, wart treatments and skin biopsies and mental health.

Removal of stitches, blood pressure monitoring, ear syringing, injections (such as B12, Iron, Prolia, allergy medications and immunizations)

Anxiety and depression counselling, stress management and grief support.

Our smoking cessation clinic is offered to both rostered and un-rostered patients.  Service offered in both English and French.
