The Elliot Lake Family Health Team has created a palliative care partnership with local healthcare agencies that has changed how palliative services are run in Elliot Lake. The Family Health Team meets regularly with community partners to ensure palliative patients and their families receive timely assistance with homecare needs, medications, and other palliative services.
