Algoma Public Health is a public health agency committed to improving health and reducing social inequities in health through evidence-informed practice. They serve the Algoma district, with a main office in Sault Ste. Marie, and three offices in Blind River, Elliot Lake, and Wawa.

Ontario Health is an agency created by the Government of Ontario to connect and coordinate the province’s health care system, to ensure Ontarians receive the best possible care.

Health Canada is responsible for helping Canadians maintain and improve their health. It ensures that high-quality health services are accessible, and works to reduce health risks. They are a federal institution that is part of the Health Portfolio.

Service Ontario provides OHIP (health) cards, accessible parking permits, birth and death certificates, registration for organ donation, and other disability and health paperwork for tax and other reasons.

Service Canada provides forms and other paperwork for Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPP-D) and Old Age Security (OAS), amongst other services.
