Mindful Cravings

Mindful Cravings is a 5 week program that allows you to explore your relationship with food. 

 During the five weeks you will practice eating mindful and learn to tools to effectively manage your cravings.  You will discover your triggers to eating even when you are not hungry and practice more efficient ways to cope. 


If you want to change your relationship with food, this program may be of great assistance.  The program is free!
